In 2017 we were awarded the first level of EDGE Certification, which recognizes our solid commitment to gender equality, diversity and inclusion, across our operations and our talent management practices. EDGE evaluated our organization on: equal pay for equivalent work; recruitment and promotion; leadership development, training, and mentoring; flexible working arrangements; and company culture. The IDB is the first Latin American and Caribbean development institution to earn this certification.
